My information on this issue came from a gentlemen that had served in the military. It was from a site called Pure Pursuit the same night I received the email I sent it to a friend in Houston, TX and within seconds he responded back with another email he had received from a different source.
I am still tracking down the emails and sources. If I find anything out this site will be the first to know.
